Technical Interview
We begin with a thorough examination of your basic details, job history, career accomplishments, and potential for advancement. This initial interview helps us gauge your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.
Practical Round
Following the technical interview, you'll engage in an interactive session with the team leader or head of the respective department. Here, you'll be tasked with a practical assignment tailored to your skill set and the requirements of the position.
Management Interview
Upon successful completion of the practical round, you'll progress to the final stage: the management interview. This meeting provides an opportunity for you to interface with the CEO or the Founder of the company. We aim to ensure alignment with our company values and culture during this critical step.
HR Final Round
Upon successful completion of the management interview, you'll meet with our HR team for the final round. In this stage, you'll discuss matters such as cultural fit, salary expectations, and any remaining logistical details. This ensures that both parties are aligned and ready to move forward.

Congratulations! If you've successfully navigated all three rounds, we're excited to welcome you onboard at the earliest opportunity. Our onboarding process is designed to facilitate a smooth transition into your new role and ensure you feel supported from day one.
