– Stay updated on global IT trends to attract top talent worldwide
– Utilize job boards and other recruitment platforms to source quality candidates
– Maintain and organize a comprehensive candidate database for efficient talent matching
– Craft clear, compelling, and detailed job descriptions to attract suitable candidates
– Leverage social media platforms to engage with potential candidates and promote job opportunities
– Build rapport with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
– Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs
– Analyze recruitment data and metrics to make informed decisions
– Solve problems and address challenges in the recruitment process
– Work comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
– Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and technologies to enhance recruitment strategies
– Excellent communication skills in English preferred
