To qualify for the role you must have:
Experience: 7+ Years
Skills: Windows and Linux systems administration, ITIL and ISO 27001 standards, Hyper-V management, Office 365 (Exchange, Office apps, SharePoint), Microsoft Licensing management, Physical Security controls (CCTV, Access Control, Visitor logs, badges), Backup management and Business Continuity, Leadership, technical and analytical skills, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, System updates and security patches, OSI model and network segmentation, AD, DNS, Group Policy, IIS server, FTP/SFTP, SMTP, WSUS, Endpoint protection, Syslog, NTP, SNMP, WMI, SOP documentation, Network and system performance monitoring, Change management tracking, Centralized logging and alerting implementation, Network Monitoring systems (PRTG, Nagios), VPN (site-to-site, SSL, L2TP), Good communication skills.
Qualifications: B.E.I.T/B.E.C.E/ Msc.IT/MCA

Skills and attributes for success:
- Working experience in Windows and Linux systems.
- Must have knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001 standard.
- Good experience and knowledge on Hyper-V and its management.
- Good experience on Office 365 including exchange, office applications and SharePoint.
- Experience on Microsoft Licensing management is essential.
- Should have knowledge of Physical Security controls like CCTV, Door Access Control, Visitor log book and badges, etc.
- Must have Knowledge about backup types, able to manage backup solutions & Business Continuity.
- Strong leadership, business, technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
- Troubleshoot systems when experiencing issues by identifying what the problem is and finding a Resolution. Results are measured by not only resolving the issue, but also preventing it from occurring in the future.
- Stay abreast of latest product upgrades & security updates to ensure that all system software & network devices are up-to-date and secure as possible.
- Should have knowledge OSI model and network segmentation.
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, VLANs, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and IDS/IPS.
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining AD, DNS, Group Policy, IIS server, FTP/SFTP Server, SMTP server, WSUS, Endpoint protection.
- Should have Knowledge about Syslog, NTP, SNMP, WMI
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
- Monitor systems and network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
- Log all changes made to the network and infrastructure utilizing existing tracking systems.
- Should have knowledge of implementation of central logging and alerting.
- Should have Knowledge about backup types & able to manage backup solutions
- Should have working experience on Network Monitoring system like PRTG, Nagios etc…
- Should have experience on VPN like site to site, SSL, L2TP etc.
- Should have good communication skill.
